Finding a shop that knows how to work on a Mini Cooper can be tough, but Joe took care of me right away. They did a full diagnostic, repaired the urgent issues, and honestly told me what could wait. Their customer service is amazing. They never made me feel like a hassle when I brought the car back for quick follow-ups. The prices are fair and reflect their expertise. It is not cheap, but it is not overpriced either. You truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

For the past two summers I been struggling on my AC from my 2015 Tahoe LTZ. I literally changed compressors at least five times already along with condensers expansion valves etc etc and I can honestly say I have no luck. It's been a struggle, especially from my two kids. I was at the point to call the bank to tell them pick this vehicle up, at least four/five guys took a look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Finally, someone recommend me to JJ's Auto. I wasn't going to tell him anything what I did but I figure why not. I got nothing else to lose. I told him everything what I changed and at the end I just let him in his hands, he told me he was going to swipe out everything all the components that I replace to his parts but he was going to give me 2 years of warranty. At first I was being hesitant but I said you know what whatever it takes to get it it fixed then so be it. He struggle at the end of the day. He finally made this Tahoe cold again. I'm very satisfied and my respects with his knowledgeability to figure this out. The price wasn't expensive but it wasn't cheap. I say it was more than fair. I give him a 10 stars if I could. My respects. Thank you JJ autos for making

(5/12 /26 dropped off truck) What an outstanding shop I dealt with Jose very knowledgeable and honest, explained what services I needed and relied on his experience. Very welcoming shop that listens makes great suggestions. I will bring all my vehicles here going forward, anyone else looking for outstanding support and experience ( Best in Yuma ) (5/14/26 picked up truck) When I picked up my wife's truck today as promised Jose Presented old parts and reviewed failure points with me. All new parts were great quality and all the cost was as quoted. I had several thousand dollars worth of repairs completed and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else JJ's was outstanding. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a great team to trust with your vehicles!

I’m extremely impressed with the service I received at JJ’s Auto Repair for my transmission repair. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about what needed to be done. They provided a clear diagnosis, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered high‑quality work at a reasonable price. What stood out most was their honesty and commitment to making sure I understood every step. My vehicle is running perfectly now, and I’ll be returning for all future maintenance.

5 Stars this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles. If your looking for an honest and reliable mechanic then just come to JJ's and talk to Joe! Coming here will be worth it in the long run! I took my car in and they drove me home so I didnt have to call a taxi. $150 for the diagnoses and then they itemized each part, labor and made the process super easy!
